About tuning operation

If there is no unbalanced load (a state in which the load is biased to either side), the same amount of oil will flow if the oil is divided into two from one pump (hydraulic pressure source).
However, if an unbalanced load is applied to either one, the stroke and operation of the cylinder (actuator) will differ.
Tuning operation is to always and accurately distribute and gather from one hydraulic source, and our tuning valve is a product that can realize that tuning environment, and is a technology that Takami is proud of.

The main way to perform entrainment

(1) Tuning cylinder

Since the two cylinders are fixed by the system, it becomes a high-cost and large-scale system, but the accuracy is very excellent.

(2) Flow control valve

Originally not made for tuning by Flocon, there is a problem in usability and accuracy because the flow rate is forcibly controlled.

(3) Tuning valve

Since it was developed for the purpose of synchronization, it is excellent in cost, usability, and compactness, and there is no need to build a large-scale system.
Performance is demonstrated simply by attaching it to an existing system, piping, or unit. In terms of accuracy, although it is not as good as the tuning cylinder, by selecting a product that is suitable for the customer’s usage environment, Extremely excellent tuning operation can be achieved.

We conducted an experiment with a virtual setting that a large load is applied only to the A side of the lift supported by two cylinders.
The content of the experiment was to apply a pressure of 5MPa to the A cylinder side and no load to the B side, and to compare the strokes of both A and B cylinders with a flow rate of 40L.
As a result, without the tuning valve, the A stroke was heavily loaded and the stroke was significantly delayed.
This is because the result shows the characteristic that the fluid tends to flow more easily to the one with less resistance.
On the other hand, when the tuning valve was connected in the middle of the piping, even if pressure was applied to the A side, the error was suppressed by the function of the tuning valve and the same stroke could be realized.
